Due to the COVID-19 virus and wanting to keep our families safe, we have made the decision to cancel our 38th Annual WSP Memorial Foundation dinner. Our online auction will be held July 10 - 15. Information coming shortly.

About the event
Due to the COVID-19 virus and wanting to keep our families safe, we have made the decision to move our 38th Annual WSP Memorial Foundation dinner to Saturday, July 11, 2020. The dinner will still be at the Three Rivers Convention Center in Kennewick, and will follow the Jim Saunders Legacy Golf Tournament, also hosted at the Three Rivers Convention Center, on July 10, 2020.
We understand that the new date may not work for everyone, and we are happy to offer you a refund for your dinner tickets. If you are unable to join us, please send your request for reimbursement to Megan King at firstname.lastname@example.org, and allow up to 3 business days for your reimbursement to process. If we do not hear from you by April 8, 2020, your dinner tickets will be transferred to the July 11th dinner date.
Please consider donating the purchase price of your dinner ticket(s), if you are unable to join us on July 11th. We are happy to send you a donation letter with all of the needed tax information if you choose to support our fallen families by donating the cost of your dinner ticket(s). The entire amount of your donation would go into our Fallen Scholarship Fund. The WSP Memorial Foundation dinner is our only fundraising event each year, and we rely heavily on your generous contributions in order to fund the scholarships for the children and spouses of our fallen officers.
If you are able to join us for the dinner on July 11th, please use the following links to manage your hotel reservation with the new dates. These links are being shared with the Jim Saunders Legacy Golf Tournament to allow the group discount throughout the weekend. If you have a previous hotel room booked for April, you will need to contact the hotel directly to cancel that reservation.

We still have tickets available for the July 11th dinner! You can purchase them online at www.wspmf.org/events or contact Megan King at email@example.com for a registration form.
We are also still looking for auction items for our live and silent auction. Our procurement deadline has been extended to June 29th.
