Memorial Foundation Scholarship Program
The Washington State Patrol Memorial Foundation Scholarship Program is offering ten renewable $1,000 scholarships per year (maximum of four years) to be used for tuition/fees and books.
Who May Apply:
Any contributing member of the Foundation who is an active, retired, or disability employee of the Washington State Patrol, or their spouse or dependent children, who is pursuing a university/college degree or vocational certification as an enrolled student. Children must be at least a senior in high school to apply.
Applications will be screened by a non-departmental scholarship committee. They will be judged according to the following criteria:
70% Financial Need/Essay
30% Answers to the Questionnaire

Applications must be received by the Memorial Foundation by April 1, 2008 to be considered. Applications are available at the following locations:
